Identity before scale
We match company names, domains, markets, and public records before treating a developer identity as canonical.
Research transparency
Discovery, evidence, review, and publication are separate stages. Finding a claim online never turns it into a published fact automatically.

Physical progress, sales activity, pricing, and inventory have separate fields and histories.
When a developer does not publish inventory, price, or delivery timing, the field stays unpublished.
An address or coordinate is published with a source, precision level, method, and observation date.
Supply changes. Project and company profiles show when time-sensitive facts were observed.
First-party and public records carry the most weight; secondary sources can corroborate but not replace them.
Current scope
The first research pass covers large and mid-sized South American cities across nine countries. Venezuela, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean are not yet included.
Projects discovered automatically remain private until their identity, developer relationship, and core project facts receive their own review. Exact availability is never published without a recent first-party observation.
LatamBricks supports research. It does not recommend a developer, property purchase, or investment.
